Very cold today when the wind turned out of the North. I have to wear several layers while walking the pooch.
At the church DH and I put up the 12 foot Christmas tree in the Family Life Center, it looks pretty good, better than last year. Some volunteers came in and decorated the Worship Center and the foyer leading into it. It all looks very pretty. Too bad they don't take everything down at the end of the season, we have to do that.
Photo of the day, another Fall tree from the Park.

Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates, and lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory.
Psalm 24:7-10

I wonder if it would help SM, if you could section Sassy off in the house when you leave for work?
Ernie use to do that when we would leave the house, I guess he would get stressed out when we would leave.
Well we were stressed out when we came home to see things torn up! He eventually stopped, but he still rebels by going on the couch when left alone ... which really isn't a big deal. But I sure do remember when he did chew up some of our favorite stuff.:-S
Sassy keeps you on your toes, eh? We buy Dingo rawhide bones for the porkie Yorkie (the ones with the strips of meat wrapped inside) and he gets one of those when we leave him alone. It keeps him busy while we're gone.
When the dancing daughter was a tennis princess, she had a lot of trouble with her knees hips hurting. One of the guys at the tennis club told her that when you have joint pain below the waist, check your shoes. We changed her shoes and her troubles stopped.
I'm enjoying your photos very much!
That little ornery thing! Our Sierra was like that too. When she was a puppy, whenever we would leave the house, she would get into serious trouble. She chewed two big holes in our couch, got into the trash, chewed up my dd's toys and books, and chewed up anything else she could find. We finally had to start putting her in a cage when we were gone. Now we don't cage her, but we do gate her when we are gone. Otherwise she gets bored and then gets into mischief!
