International Festival

They have this every year but in the past it was in the courtyard by the library. A very small space. This year they moved it to the city park and it was a lot bigger, looked like several thousand people will probably go through it too. The only bad thing is pets weren't allowed so Sassy had to stay home. But, I think it would have been to hot and noisy for her anyway. There were over 60 booths there, lots of ethnic food and crafts, lots of music and dancing. It's probably been about 15 years since we last went to it. I think we'll make it a yearly thing now. These musicians were playing Celtic music.



This tent was full of things made out of leather and stone. Very pretty necklaces, earrings and little statues. Didn't buy anything though.



This group dresses up and acts out things from medieval life. Don't remember what they call themselves.

Weather report: hot and dry. I want rain. I'm sure the International Festival folks would prefer that rain wait until it is over.

Sassy is feeling better today, played with her toys for a while.
